• On November 15, 2009, Vault regained 100% control and ownership of the Lebel property which, in turn, Gordon-Lebel and the Lebel gold properties were re-combined to create a contiguous 3,100-acre property.

• The property is situated in the prolific Kirkland Lake Gold Camp, where in excess of 24 million ounces of gold have been produced at a recovered grade of 16.1 gAu/t (0.47 ounces of gold per ton).

• The property hosts the former Bidgood gold mine that historically produced 165,000 ounces of gold at a recovered grade of 9.2 gAu/t (0.27 ounces of gold per ton).

• Eighteen, high quality target areas have been identified on the property that include the following targets that are drill ready;

Boundary Zone:

• is a 150 m wide zone of multiple, near-surface mineralized gold zones,
• 2008 drilling by Vault intersected 10.2 grams of gold per tonne (gAu/t) over 1.1 m, 6.7 gAu/t over 1.4 m (within a zone grading 2.0 gAu/t over 13.7 m), 7.3 gAu/t over 2.1 m (including 18.5 gAu/t over 0.6 m), and 3.1 gAu/t over 4.0 m,
• historic drilling intersected a wider zone of 1.4 gAu/t over 21.3 m.
• grab samples collected by Vault from this area returned up to 27.9 gAu/t from a blue quartz vein,
• the zones are related to a porphyry rock unit, cover a strike length of 200 m and are open in all directions.

Blue Vein Zone:

• consists of three parallel structures where channel sampling in trenches in 2000 assayed up to 95.1 gAu/t over 2.7 m,
• drilling in 2003 (& one historical hole) returned intersections of 11.8 gAu/t over 2.8 m, 30.6 gAu/t over 1.3 m, 12.3 gAu/t over 1.1 m, and 18.8 gAu/t over 0.9 m to a vertical depth of 100 m,
• surface identified structures extend at least 800 m on surface with minimal trenching or drilling having been carried out.

Contact Zone:

• is a near-surface zone which has returned 3.3 gAu/t over 10.2 m, 3.3 gAu/t over 6.4 m, 11.3 gAu/t over 1.5 m, 3.0 gAu/t over 5.3 m, and 3.1 gAu/t over 6.1 m from historical drilling over a strike length of 250 m, and 20 to 80 m below surface,
• a 2007 drill intercept from this zone returned 14.1 gAu/t over 1.0 m and 6.8 gAu/t over 1.2 m at a depth of 150 m. This mineralization is open to depth and to the east.

Bidgood Main Fault Zone:

• located in the immediate vicinity of the Bidgood Main Fault Zone, a 2007 drill hole returned 8.3 gAu/t over 2.6 m.
• future drilling will track multiple ore horizons down and along trend of this zone -- an approach used successfully by Queenston Mining Inc. at the nearby Upper Beaver deposit, which historically produced 141,000 ounces of gold at 8.2 gAu/t (0.24 ozAu/ton), and that now hosts an indicated resource of 427,900 ounces gold at 9.7 gAu/t plus an inferred resource of 291,300 ounces gold at 8.5 gAu/t.

Quartz Stockwork Zone:

• consists of a broad, steep north-west dipping quartz-stockwork corridor as defined by three drillholes (LB08-35, -36, and -43) completed in 2008, with dimensions of 510 m strike length, 144m average core length and a >80% intense quartz-silica section averaging 17 m (core length) at a grade of 0.46 gAu/t, 2.2 gAg/t and 0.10% copper.

• The property is situated 3 to 10 kms east of Kirkland Lake, Ontario in Lebel Township and is traversed by provincial Highway 66, and all-weather roads.

• Land holdings consist of 31 patents, 19 mining leases, 21 staked claims and 3 Licences of Occupation.

• Mechanical stripping-mapping and sampling of known, near surface higher grade structures at Boundary and Blue Vein zones.

• After mechanical stripping-sampling, a first phase diamond drill program is recommended to test Boundary, Blue Vein, and Contact zones focusing to delineate near-term gold resources.

• A second phase diamond drill program is recommended to follow up testing the immediate area of the former Bidgood Mine on the Main Fault zones.

• A winter based, deep ground geophysical survey is recommended for the Quartz Stockwork zone to look for better gold-copper grades at depth -- modeled after Imperial Metals Corporation success at the Red Chris gold-copper property in NW British Columbia whereby drilling intercepted high grade gold-copper (drill-hole RC09-350 returned 152.5 metres grading 4.12% copper and 8.83 g/t gold starting at a depth of 540.0 metres, see Imperial Metals Corporation November 9, 2009 press release) beneath a wide, low grade copper-gold zone that is intensely quartz flooded with stock-work and sheeted veining in an intrusive.
