| | | Joseph D. Horne Position: President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Horne has a strong technical background (Haileybury School of Mines) with over twenty years of markedly diverse experience in exploration, project development and production environments within the minerals industry. He is currently involved with a number of private and public mineral exploration companies and has been an active member/director of numerous mineral industry associations and committees.

| | | Daniel J. McCormack, P.Geo Position: Vice President and Director
Mr. McCormack has a diverse background in the geological and environmental management fields. Prior to co-founding Kirnova Corp. in 2001, Mr. McCormack held positions as General Manager of Canada's leading PCB waste recycling facility as well as Environmental Manager of a large OSB manufacturing facility. In addition, Mr. McCormack has over ten years of mining and exploration experience having held several key positions as Project, Mine and Field Geologist in a number of projects from grassroot exploration to advanced projects and producing mines. Mr. McCormack (HBES) is a graduate of the University of Waterloo (1984).

| | | Michael Sutton, P.Geo Position: Vice President Exploration
Mr. Sutton graduated in 1984 from the University of Toronto, with an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology and has practiced his profession continuously since this time. He has worked in various exploration and mine capacities, almost exclusively for gold, and in some of the largest gold camps of the world. Mines at which he has work include: Witwatersrand Nigel (South Africa), Renabie (Missanabie, Ontario), Holt-McDermott (Kirkland Lake), Hoyle Pond (Timmins), and Macassa (Kirkland Lake). Most recently, Mike was Chief Geologist and assistant manager for Kirkland Lake Gold Inc during which time he was co-discoverer of the high-grade South Mine Complex, that currently exceeds 1 million ounces, and for which he was awarded the Ontario Prospector of the Year (2006). Mike is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario and a member of the PDAC since 1982.

| | | Tara Gilfillan, CA Position: Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Gilfillan is a chartered accountant with over fifteen years of experience in accounting, financial auditing, and senior management in a wide variety of privately held and public companies. She has experience in the mining industry in auditing and management roles. Her most recent position was Corporate Controller of Northgate Minerals Inc. Ms. Gilfillan obtained her CA designation in 1995 while working for PriceWaterhouseCoopers (formerly Price Waterhouse) and graduated with a commerce degree (B.Comm) from Queen's University in 1992.

| | | Peter Bojtos, P.Eng Position: Independent Director*
Mr. Bojtos is a Professional Engineer with over 32 years of worldwide experience in the mining industry. He has a strong background in corporate management as well as in all facets of the industry from exploration through the feasibility study stage to mine construction, operations and decommissioning. Mr. Bojtos graduated from the University of Leicester, England in 1972 with a degree in geology, following which he worked at mines in West Africa, the United States and Canada. He then worked 12 years for Kerr Addison Mines Limited, a Noranda Group company, in increasingly senior management and officer positions after which he became President and CEO of Consolidated Nevada Goldfields Corporation, which operated precious metal mines in the United States. From 1993 to 1995, he was Chairman and CEO of Greenstone Resources Limited, a company that was constructing gold mines in Central America. Since 1996, Mr. Bojtos has been an independent director of numerous mining and mineral exploration companies operating throughout the world. Over his career he has visited and evaluated properties in about 80 countries; has carried out 17 significant corporate acquisitions, mergers or sales that involved 24 mines; and has participated in the development, building or reopening of 19 mines.

| | | Scott Waldie Position: Independent Director*
Mr. Waldie has over 30 years of international experience in the mineral exploration industry. From 1994 to 2002 Mr. Waldie was a Founding Partner, and Mining Analyst with First Delta Securities Inc. Prior to 1994, Mr. Waldie was an independent mining consultant, director, prospector, and exploration manager for various public companies responsible for property acquisitions, exploration programs and corporate financing. Currently, Mr. Waldie is an Associate with J.C. Hood Investment Counsel, a private client wealth management service and also serves as director of North Atlantic Resources Ltd. and Northwest Mineral Ventures Inc.

| | | Kyle Sinclair, CA Position: Independent Director*
Mr.Sinclair brings to Vault a weath of financial knowledge and experience. He is presently the Corporate Controller for Grant Forest Products Inc, a private company operating as one of the largest oriented strand board companies in North America. Prior thereto, Mr. Sinclair served as Vice-President Finance and Treasurer of Kirkland Lake Gold Inc, a publicly-traded mining company. The majority of Mr. Sinclair's career was spent at American Household Inc, and its subsidiaries, where he held a number of senior finance positions in Canada, the United States and Europe. He has also provided a broad range of contract financial services for a number of companies in various industries through a priviate consulting company he founded. Mr. Sinclair is a Chartered Accountant (1992) and a graduate of the University of Toronto where he received a Bachelor's of Commerce degree.

| | | R.V. (Ray) Zalnieriunas, P.Geo Position: Senior Technical Advisor
Mr. Zalnieriunas is a well known and respected geologist with 30 years of experience in mining exploration, primarily in gold, diamonds and base metals. His background and specific talents are especially relevant to the further development of the Company's exploration projects.

| | | Patti Rozich Position: Office Manager
Ms. Rozich has a strong background in the managerial field previously holding the position of Facility Sales Manager for Canada's leading PCB waste recycling facility as well as Office Manager of a local Insurance Adjusting company. Ms. Rozich has over 15 years experience in the managerial/administration fields.
